Bottle split at L6, thanks to New Ken , 25/07/18. Hazed yellow golden with a well presented off white head. Nose is funky, grape must, damp straw, lemon rind, damp wood. Taste comprises fleshy peach, citric tinged straw, light basement notes, stale bread, citric pith. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced acidity. Decent enough sour.

Level 6 Bottleshare. Thanks to new Ken. Cloudy pale peach colour beer, tiny white head. Palate is light and fairly dry, modest fine carbonation. Dry sour generic fruits. Slighty sharp lemon. Light dry finish. A bit sharp and dry but it's okay.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Ken! Pours mostly clear yellow with a foamy, white head. Good funky and citric nose. Light sweet flavour, dry and quenching, more lemon, woody dryness, nips of grass, farmhouse yeast. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Dry and quenching finish, more lemony tartness. Great stuff. Refreshing.

Bottle thanks to Young Ken. It pours cloudy orange with a small white head. The aroma is musty farty, barnyard, slurry, dirt, hot farmyard, spice, wet hay, grass, quite savoury, spice and must. The taste is crisp, musty, barnyard filth, manure, hot slurry, dirt, brett, dungey, sour sherbet, powdery, grapefruit and sour candy with a dry, slurry finish. Medium body and moderate foamy carbonation. Too much dirty slurry. OK

Tasting at Matt's
Murky orange color. Smells like diarrhea diaper. Dry but smooth mouthfeel, mild acidity, mild fruit.
Weird, horrible smell, ok flavor.

Hazy, Light colour. Can't say it looks good. All kinds of pedio on the nose - fresh cow shit. Like the kind that's still steaming in the snow. I say snow because it's clear that the cow was eating hay, not grass. On the palate, it's tart, and has a nice bretty character. Some woody notes. Fresh, lively acidity. Really quite nice on the palate, so different from the aroma that has you musing on the gorgeous aromas of pediococcus.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of rustic saison yeast, mixed wild yeast, and light tart citrus. Flavour is oaky, with lightly tart citrus, mixed wild yeast, and rustic farmhouse notes. Light tart, wild and finishing with some manure notes. Nice stuff.
