Old rating from 03-10-15 - Had at the Jersey CAMARA beer festival. Pours light golden in colour with a white head. Aromas of fruit & peach. Quite a lot going on in the taste, mash of American Perle hops & elderflower providing a mix of fruit, citrus, strawberry, melon and a mild green pepper flavour. Apparently it's brewed with a high proportion of wheat. Aftertaste is very much on the sweet side. My least favourite of the 7 beers I tried.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2015, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As AllGates Edith & Mabel ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, peach. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a long duration, peach, pale malt, fruity, refreshing. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150812]
Far too sweet. Elderflower is prominent. Definitely the wrong hop usage. Pineapple. I think it is Sorachi Ace. Just wrong.

GBBF Day 2. Cask. Clear pale gold beer, a few white bubbles. Palate is light and semi dry. Some peach on the nose. Light clean pale malts. Fair bit of peach with lesser citric peel bitterness. Light dry finish. Different!

Cask at GBBF 2015, day 5 - London. Pours clear yellow with a foamy white head. Interesting aroma, lots of plum fruits, mango, lemon, melon, maybe a touch of butyric acid. Medium sweet flavor with doughy bread, strawberry, melon, cantaloupe, faint green pepper. Light bodied, a little oily, with fine carbonation. Finishes sweet, with doughy white bread, mellow bile, more cantaloupe, melon, light green pepper. A little bit odd.

Cask at gbbf day 5. Pale yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is perfumed. Pear drips, mango, strawberry flavouring, peach Melba. Flavour is quite sweet pez sweet , mango. Not getting much elderflower. Nice peach Melba.and mango. Maybe a little sweet, decent cask condition. Interesting beer if a little sweet.

From cask. Pours cloudy yellow with a small whire head. Aroma is oeachy, slight citrusy. Smooth fruity, crisp peachy and mango. Mild sweet impression, fruity finish.
