6/11/2025. Cask at The Arcade Street Tavern, Ipswich. Pours fine. Aroma is malty, flowery, citrus, touch bready, caramel. Medium sweet, light to moderate bitterness, slight spicy edge. Light bodied, average carbonation. Easy drinking light bitter.

Cask handpull at Fat Cat Brewery Norwich. Clear gold colour lasting white head. A light golden bitter .some pale malt some cereal some dusty dry hop. Good condition.

Cask at the Fat Cat Brewery Tap, Norwich, 27/01/24. Golden with a white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is orange peel, straw, toasted grains, light breads. Taste comprises fruit esters, straw, orange peel, herb, grains. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. A pleasant golden bitter.
