Cask at the Head of Steam, Birmingham. Poured a clear golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, yeasty, big floral hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a light, watery, dry peppery, floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

8/8/2019. Cask at the 2019 Great British Beer Festival. Pours slightly hazy golden with a foamy white head. Aroma of citrus, light tropical fruit, hops, malt, biscuit and flowers. light to moderate sweetness, medium plus bitterness. Moderate body, slight watery texture, average to soft carbonation. Nice bitterness to finish was the highlight.

[ As Green Duck Sitting Duck ].Clear medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, UK yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity, UK yeast, pale malt. Cask at gbbf 2015 day 4. Weird aroma, slightly chivey, tropical notes, light straw, some ashtray on the nose. Flavour is light, slightly harsh grains, tropical notes, five alive juice drink. Palate is grainy, tannin, lowish carbonation. Bit of a weird one.
