Bottle (from Ales by Mail). Amber colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is citrus, some funk, mild grainy and some slight toasted tones. Flavour is grapefruits, some spicy tones with tropical fruits and some mild catpissy elements to it.

Bottle from Brewklopedia, drunk at home. Dark golden and clear with a ring of soapy white head. Sharp citrus juice and hand soap in the aroma, with touches of malt and resin. Taste bittersweet, with astringent touches leading to a drying finish. Gooseberry, iced tea and more grapefruit in the aftertaste. Odd, but decent and of a considerably more individual character than many 'citrus bomb' pales.

(Draught at Dynamo Bar, Brussels, 19 May 2017) Pale amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with orange peel, apricots and citrus. Malty, fruity taste with notes of orange peel, mandarin, grapefruit, apricots, toast and a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and well balanced. Quite nice.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours clear orange-gold with a creamy, white head. Nice zesty and citrus hops in the nose, some floral notes, definitely grapefruit. Light sweet flavour with more pithy citrus, tangerine and grapefruit, melon, some flinty minerals, pine needles. Light bodied with average, active carbonation. Finishes with more pithy citrus, zesty pink grapefruit, mild piney and grassy bitterness. Pretty easy-drinking stuff.
