330 ml bottle, as Birra Flea Margherita Weiss, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.2%. Hazy pale golden colour, moderate to small white head. Aroma of yeast, banana and cloves. Flavour also of yeast, banana and cloves. A drinkable Weissbier, but the Germans do it better.

Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy golden with off-white head. Aroma of bananas, light bread, fruity notes, DMS .Tastes slightly sweet with little bitterness. Thin bodied.

Bottle, gift from my brother. Hazy golden body with a white head that quickly fades. Lively carbonation. No lacing. Aroma of gooseberry and white wine. Flavour of lemon sherbet and tart white grapes. Thin body with a spritzy mouthfeel. Very fizzy. Sharper and less ‘clovey’ than I expected. It tastes like a Radler.

Hazy pale golden colour, tall frothy white head, good retention, patchy lacing. Aroma wheat, yeast, banana, cloves. Taste medium sweet, slightly bitter and light sour, wheat, yeast, spicy. Aftertaste sweet and sourish, rainy, spice notes, lingering sourishness. Light body, watery texture, average carbonation, not in balance, I'm not impressed.

Sentori di orzo vanno a dare soddisfazione al naso. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il piano sottostante si presenta opalescente. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è normale e la durata è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è farinoso, pulito e dissetante. Sul tetto della bocca si fermano indizi di miele, cereali, agrumi e banana.

7 3 7 3 14 Bottle at an Italian restaurant in Amsterdam. Hazy golden orange with a big white head. Aroma of herbs, wheat, yeast and green weedy notes. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with light carbonation.
