440 ml can, as Monkey Brew Galileo Christmas Saison, from Vaaland, Bryne. ABV is 4.7%. Slightly hazy golden colour, small and shortlived white head. Wheaty aroma and flavour, with notes of orange peel, coriander seeds, white sage and allspice. Peppery aftertaste. Fairly nice beer.

0,44 boks fra Vaaland 1889, etter flasking av det siste av 15 brygg i år: lett uklar gylden med svært kortvarig skum. Deilig aroma og smak hvor julens appelsiner er delikat akkompagnert av koriander, hvit salvie og allehånde. Slank men velsmakende maltkropp, mens lav bitterhet er kombinert med høy ff (forfriskningsfaktor). Denne inspirerer til et saison-forsøk i garasjen over nyttår!

Juleølfestival Kristiansand 2024. Golden-orange color with a white head. Aroma is orange, coriander, spices. Flavor is orange, citrus, fruit, yeast, coriander, spices, malt. Easy drinkable beer.

Superficial tasted @ Håntverkeren juleølfestival. Unclear, golden body under a moderate sized white head. Aroma has mild malt, spicy yeast, some generic light fruit and lots of coriander. Taste is smooth, sweet malt, lots of coriander, some more spices and a fruity touch. A rather typical well made Sasion with some American style level of coriander. Nice and refreshing.

Can, at Kristiansand Juleølfestival. It pours an unclear orange colored body and a small white head. The aroma is typical Saison, with a distinct fruityness and a nice, gentle maltyness, but there's also a spiced touch, at least coriander, and some orange. It's medium bodied and quite dry on the palate, nicely carbonated, with a gentle bitterness. Saison-ish fruityness, pale malts, a biscuity touch and some orange and coriander in the flavor. Medium length finish. A refreshing and quite pleasant one, a pleasant break from the heavy, darker beers. 241102
