Cask @ St Radegund, Cambridge. Golden with a little bit of head and lots of lacing. Faint aroma of wood pulp, wheatfield and dried berries. Bittersweet, fruity and slightly peppery taste with a bitter finish. Aftertaste is papery dry.

Cask at the St Radegund, Cambridge. Straw with a thin white head; aroma of elderflower and honey; light and floral flavour with a grainy body; and a dry finish. Very drinkable.
