Gravity cask at NWAF 14, Derby. Dark amber. Aroma is honey, honey, honey. Good honey, like manuka. Tastes a bit blasé, pleasant enough but just a standard bitter in the mouth. A good experience, but not really an IPA...

Cask gravity at White Cliffs BF 2014. Clear pale amber lasting white head. Biscuit malt. Nettle hop. Excellent. Really drinkable very interesting. Doesn’t taste like any mainstream beer. Lovely biscuit.
