Pours a lightly hazy, pale peach-gold, with minimal head. Aroma is tart citrus and other floral notes. Flavor follows. Fairly clean, crisp mouthfeel.

375mL bottle on site, 2/8/25.
Deep, clear, burnished brass with warm honey tones. Small, white head.
That familiar, playfully fruity, slightly okay, slightly lactic Ann character with good minerality and mild funk. Really does smell halfway between Ann and Anna, being more rounded than Anna but not quite as much so as Ann.
Rich, bright, juicy almost. Very fruity with mild, playful Brett, a touch of wood and more honey than I recall tasting in a batch of Anna or Ann. Approaching DH Ann but not quite that much. It's rich, flavorful, round, so bright and maybe if not as rugged, funky, exquisite and complex as Ann, it's just a touch more down to earth and drinkable. Crazy drinkable with plentiful maltiness, just enough acidity on the finish, more Brett than lacto and long floral, mineral and tart notes lingering. A real treat and worth the wait.

Bottle at home in Canaan - sourced via trade. Pours lightly hazed, bright gold with a bubbly, pure white head. Quite clean and direct, light sweetness, a little salinity, low funk, touches of pale barrel, lemon, apricot, tangerine. Light bodied with delicate, massaging carbonation. Lightly tart to finish, mildly citric, bright and refreshing. Highly drinkable.

Bottle thanks to Jason. Pours a hazy gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is floral, honey, mineral, oak. Slick body, citrus, honey, oak, mineral, tart, enjoyed this.
