GBBF Day 3. Cask. Lightly hazy gold beer, a few pale cream colour bubbles. Light palate, semi dry. Modest fine carbonation. Light pale malts, semi sweet. Lots of grape here, would have sworn Nelson Sauvin. Peach and tropical fruits. Light semi dry finish. Good fruity IPA.

Cask at GBBF 2015. It pours clear muted amber with a thick, bubbly white head. The nose is fresh, fragrant, floral, pepper, big lychee, white plum and peach. The taste is bitter, light pine, white peach, lychee, cracked peppercorn, floral notes andlight grassiness with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Mellow and quaffable. Quite understated in a nice way.

500mL can, pours a hazy golden orange with a load of sediment and a small white head. Aroma brings out herbal hops, some vegetal notes and sweet cereal malt. Flavour is on the sweeter side for an IPA, with sweet cereal malt, herbal hops, a little vegetal quality, and a slight cloying sweetness. Not great balance on this - too sweet for me. And there is this BO quality to it that doesn't sit right. Not a good one.

Tallboy. Aroma is citrus peel, SweeTarts, floral, earthy. Pours hazy golden with a large white soapy head with great retention; spotty lace. Taste is fairly bitter with a candy sweetness alongside; citrusy. Prickly carbonation, medium body. Good.
