Somewhat reddish-amber. Aroma shows apple brandy, dried apricots and sultanas. Sweetish up front, then with a dash of alcohol that keeps the sweet, apricotty, figgy body lively. Nice balance...not a suped-up dunkelweizen, not a phenolic bock, this genuinely fits the pocket. Good brew.

Draught at the taproom
Muddy dark amber color with small compact head. As Weizenbock it’s perfectly within style; there is the wheat, some spices and light banana esters; the sweetness is moderate and pleasant; the aroma has some dustiness and therefore the flavor is better. Sharp.
Balanced and quite well brewed.
