18th February 2015
Chelmsford Winter Beer Festival in KEGS. Cask. Almost clear dark amber beer, good bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, mild fine carbonation. Smooth malts, mild caramel semi sweetness. Bitterish dried fruits turning tangy. Semi dry finish brings a little spice and citric peel. Okay.

Cask@Charlies Bar, Copenhagen - pours brown with a off white head. Medium sweet bready and toasty malts, twiggy and herbal hoppy, some caramel, getting some dark berry fruits as well. Overall a nice winter ale.
