Cask @ Lime Kiln, Liverpool, during the Wetherspoon’s Spring Beer Festival 2015. Copper with a creamy head. Smooth tasting with hints of toffee. Has a low to medium bitterness and some grainy malt tastes.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2015, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Hydes Paddock Wood ].ABV: 4.2%. Clear medium to dark amber color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, cookie, caramel, pale malt, spicy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, cookie - cake. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150812]

From cask. Pours clear and golden orange to amber with a small off white head. Aroma is spiced, toasted malty to caramelish. Light bitter. Toasted. Dry malty. Bitter and malty finish.

Cask @ Angel (JDW), Islington N1. Pours a pale amber golden color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty earthy hoppy aroma. Fruity malty spicy earthy hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty caramel finish.

Cask at the White Lady. Pours clear amber with a thick white head. Aromas of floral hops, watery, thin aroma. Taste is better though, good fruity bitterness. Bitter finish.

Cask at the Back of Beyond (JDW), Reading. Clear amber with a thin white head. Very thin and watery. A hint of sour lemon. Bland. Go away now please.

Crosse Keys Spoons. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry with mild fine carbonation. Light and mildly sweet malts. Ripe fruits, dried fruits and floral bitterness. Light semi dry finish. Clean but edging toward twiggy.

Cask at the Windlesora, Tourist Town, 17/03/15. Clear golden amber with a moderately appointed off white covering. Nose is thin, light citric notes, hint of perfume, grain, bread notes, grassy. Taste comprises light citric, twiggy, grass, suggestion of fruit, blandometer rising beyond amber. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi dr ... zzzzzz Fallen asleep - acheingly dull.
