Goldings British Pilsner is a continuation of our single hop series celebrating British-grown hops. Brewed exclusively with East Kent Goldings, and dry hopped liberally to allow a full expression of this classic landrace variety. The base ‘British Pilsner’ is brewed with 100% Pilsner malt in a double decoction mash, and fermented cold and slow for a crisp finish.

Not bad overall. Packaged in late January this year so maybe has lost a little of its edge - but still quite good. Highly carbonated. Some dry pale biscuits, bitter husk, a little grass, sun-kissed straw. Earthy-grassy bitter linger. Nicely balanced generally.

On tap Fuggles Cafe Tonbridge. Clear gold colour lasting white head. Big hit of Goldings hops on the aroma. Very drinkable lager. Clean in mouth. Yes lots of hops bit the vase lager is decent. Yes I liked it. V. Good. Classy British lager.
