Gravity cask at Pigs Ear '23, day two, 29/11/23. Hazed orange amber with an off white cap that retains well. Nose is bitter orange, grass, light pine nip, citric tinged straw. Taste comprises ripe melon, mandarin, grapefruit, soft malts, pine nip. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close spliced with balanced juicy hop bitterness. Tidy cask IPA.

Cask gravity at Pigs Ear Festival 2023. Hazy amber colour lasting white head. Pink grapefruit aroma. Big hop. It's pretty good ipa. It's OK.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2023, day 2 - London. Pours lightly hazed gold with a frothy, white topping. Medium sweet flavour with ripening citrus, mellow pine, lightly toasted pale malts. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Balanced finish, light pine, lemongrass, sun-kissed malts, relaxed bitterness. Very drinkable.
