Cask at GBBF 2015, day 3 - London. Pours clear, rich gold with a light, creamy white head. Nice pine and bread in the nose, ripe citrus. Medium sweet flavour with plump citrus fruit character, mango, oily pine. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Resinous and lightly warming finish. Very good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy orange with medium frothy white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is pine and citrus. Medium body, pine, grapefruit, light resin finish, very good.

Cask gravity @ GBBF 2015. Pours an amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity grapefruit hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grapefruit hoppy bitter flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter grapefruit finish.

Cask (gravity) @ GBBF 2015, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Tommyknocker IPA & A Half ].Clear medium to dark amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, pine, grapefruit, fruity. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity, pine, woody hops, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150813]

Cask at GBBF ’15, day 3, 13/08/15. Light amber with chestnut hues. Nose is pine, orange blossom, perfumed tones, grapefruit, straw. Taste comprises caramel, tangerine, shades of darker fruits, pine, earthy hops. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a bitter hop load. Decent enough IPA.

GBBF Day 3. Cask. Almost clear amber beer, few cream colour bubbles. Palate is light and a little crisp. Nice condition. Thin malts. Tangy dark marmalade. Orange. Light tropical fruits, Hop spice. Light semi dry finish. Hop spice linger. Nice one.

Cask gravity at gbbf 2015 day 3. Caramel / copper coloured pour with a fading white head, aroma is big sticky resinous hop, caramel and toffee, pine needle. Some jammy fruit on the nose as all. Flavour is composed of sweet layer caramel and butterscotch, toffee, varnish, pine needle, palate is pretty sweet, moderate carbonation. OK.

From cask. Pours clear and golden amber to brown with a small off white head. Aroma is mild fruity, toasted malty. Bitter, toasted malty and mild fruity. Ends dry and bitter. Toasted and dry finish.
