Bottle 0.375l, almost four years aged. Black, opaque. AROMA- so pleasant rum aroma, rum chocolate bar, rum and rum... FLAVOR- moderately sweet, very bitter, slightly alcoholic sharp, very dark chocolate, a bit earthy, rum, touch of wood, alcohol. Full, thick, oily body.
Great rum pralines. Adults only.

Bottle at the STR tasting I randomly stumbled upon and got invited to (huge thanks guys!). Blackish body. Sugary coconut and blueberry aroma of all things. Dry taste, creamy, coconut, alcohol, light raisins, bit papery somehow, sweetish, fine enough, not their best!

Bottle @ Kollund, trade by Rotin & Ascelja, huge thanks. Pours pitch black with a small brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, dark dried fruit, rum. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, roast malt, caramel, licorice, dried fruit, rum, alcohol. Medium to full body, soft to average carbonation, light sweet finish with warming alcohol. 121024

(Bottle, 0.375 l - BB 01.09.2030, at Pien Shop, 20221008) The beer poured oily and black. Its head was tiny and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, wood, rum and ash. Palate was full bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were wood, burnt malts, rum, vanilla, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste was woody, burnt and bitter. A pleasant and rather balanced burnt brew with strong barrel notes.
