A big and juicy beer, Big Bibbler uses a solid malt base of Vienna, Crystal, and Cara malts to create a satisfying big body and mouthfeel. We selected Simcoe, Columbus and Mosaic hops for this beer boasting juicy passionfruit, pine and citrus aromas and dank fruitiness alongside sweet malty notes with a lingering and balanced bitterness. We also added in Spectrum, a revolutionary and cutting edge liquid hop that has helped us truly maximise the number of aromas and flavours present in this rich and juicy IPA.

Can via the online shop. Light haze on a dark ginger colour. Fine white foam. Nose has old school tendencies. Nicely spicy malts and punchy, fruity, marmalade hoppage. Taste is well balanced sweet malt and nicely chewy bitterness. Smooth with a bit of depth. Fine carbonation. Lingering marmalade bitterness to finish. Well up my street. Lovely.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 11/11/21. Clear golden copper with a good sized lasting off white head. Nose is orange peel, grass, grapefruit, melon, light pine needle. Taste comprises mixed tropical fruit esters, melon, grapefruit, grass, tangerine, soft malts, trace of caramel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with balanced juicy hop bitterness. Decent well balanced IPA with an old skool lean.
