Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2015, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Penpont Creation Pale Ale ].Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, fruity, sweet malt, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150811]

Cask at gbbf 2015 day 4. Aroma is spicy hop, little fart, grainstore. Light yellow coloured pour with a fleeting white head. Flavour is composed of light straw, grain store, hedgerow hop, decent English yeast notes. Palate is light and good cask condition. OK.

Keg at the Ear of Essex - London. Pours clear, bright yellow-gold with a lingering white cream head. Crispy cereal in the nose with soft lemon and straw. Light sweet flavor with nicely realised pale malt character, mild cereal, hay, lemon rind. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Crisp finish, pretty clean, with grainy cereal, light bitter hay, biscuits. Very nicely balanced and flavorful golden ale.
