Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 19;08/24. Black with a tan head that dissipates to a swirl and edge work. Nose is ripe dark fruit esters, bourbon nip, dark malts, vanilla bean, cacao nibs, fruit cake mix. Taste comprises chocolate, Tiramisu coffee mix, light spice, punchy bourbon, molasses, brown sugar melt, dark malt base. Full bodied, fine to smooth carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Solid bourbon forward Impy.

Poured from 650mL bottle. Very dark brown with small light beige head. Woody bourbon, a little bit rough, could use a bit more depth. Okay.

Draft 12 oz pour enjoyed at Elliott Bay Pizza. Somehow missed this gem during all my visits to the brewery locations. Jet black pour. Thin, active fading cola head. Very layered imperial here. Lots of dry oak up front. Toast, chocolate follow with a steady dose of bourbon notes without getting too hot. Lingering palate has a maple note, with more smooth bourbon notes. Finishes on the dry side as well. Warming feel without the flavor being to aggressive or harsh. Overall a really well executed stout here. Need some variants of this excellent base brew.

On tap at Stoup, pours black with a small tan head. Nose is full of bourbon barrels, vanilla and a little roast. Flavour is rich and full-bodied, with lots of bourbon barrels, vanilla, medium roast, and molasses. Bourbon character galore here without being abrasive. Excellent.
