Bottle shared with jeevan. Pours clear amber with a thin white head. Aromas of caramel, toffee. Quite sweet taste, jammy almost. Sticky finish. Not a refreshing lager as I was expecting.

Bottle from Crafty Pint. Appearance - copper with a decent head. Nose - bread and toffee. Taste - more toffee, a hint of biscuit. Palate - close to medium bodied with a big tangy texture and a tangy cloying finish. Overall - too sweet for this style. Needs bitterness on the finish.

Bottle from Mr. Pickles, Sheffield. Hazy amber. Minimal head. Unripe, red fruit. A little vanilla sweetness. Some red wine vinegar, which is fairly unpleasant. Taste is tart and dry. Finishes the same. Not right.

Chelmsford Summer Beer Fest. Cask. Lightly hazy amber beer. Few pale cream colour bubbles trying to be a head. Palate is light, smooth and semi dry. Not much carbonation. Sweetish caramel malts with a touch of strawberry led berry fruits. Touches of malt cream and esters. Light dry finish. Weird lager. Not at all unpleasant but definitely a little strange.
