Endelig RBHD-samling igjen, og denne gangen ombord på Fridtjofen. 0,5 flaske (bb. 300419) fra mitt snart ikke-eksisterende beholdning fra Ninkasira: brunsort med ok skum. Kakao, sjokoladekake, 70%-sjokolade, moccabønner, dessertkaffe, mørke malter og lactose. Mild bitterhet og høy drikkbarhet.

Pours dark brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, licorice and caramel. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long chocolate, licorice and caramel finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, roasted, coffee, sweet chocolate, light lactose - coffee with milk - coffee with cream. Bottle, 6.5%. Very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, dark chocolate, and vanilla. Flavour is roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, sweet, vanilla, bread, hop and medium bitter.

500 ml. bottle. Black. Nose is thick intense roasted basic coffee, mocha, cake, truffle with heavy roast and vaguely stale – this bottle should be fresh (bought at a festival the brewery attended). BBF 30.04.2019. Taste is heavy chocolate, mocha, caramel, hazel, faint stale but good mocha big cold brew coffee, chocolate sweet, nice milk chocolate, caramel, mocha sugar,… Creamy, velvety,… Faint stale taste but the really lovely velvet rich coffee, mocha, chocolate, caramel taste rains supreme, lots of velvety chocolate & easy drinking overall really nice & spectacular given the price. Overall super tasty.

Ciemna barwa, piana koloru beżowego, drobnopęcherzykowa, opada bez śladu. W aromacie mocno kawowe oraz wyczuwalne nuty gorzkiej czekolady. W smaku również przoduje kawa oraz gorzka czekolada. Goryczka na średnim poziomie, bardzo fajne ciało, rzadko spotykane w sweet stoutach. Ogólnie na plus.
