We’ve drawn inspiration from our European friends for this very special lager. A clean pale malt character is paired with delicate hops grown in the Rhine Valley.

Can at home from HOTM. A crystal clear yellow gold coloured pour with a decent white froth that fades to a persistent thin cap. Aroma is crisp light tart grains, apple, fennel, fresh grass. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, earthy grains, cracker, straw, fresh cut grass, liquorice, Palate is semi sweet, highish carbonation. Clean and crisp - i like it.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from the Experiment. Pours crystal clear yellow-gold with a small, creamy white head. Lightly sweet with fresh biscuity pale malts, subtle straw, white bread, dough. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet finish, simple. Drinkable stuff.
