Our 2021 Marzenbier is brewed with Pils and Munich malts, this beer has a wonderful light-amber depth of colour and uber-biscuity malt character. Gently hopped with Magnum, Perle and Spalter Select, this is our own stunning take on one of the most celebrated lager styles in history.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergoose, 28/02/22. Almost clear golden to light amber with an off white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is bready malts, biscuit, herb, toasted grains, fruit esters. Taste comprises brown bread, caramel, herb, straw, grains, fruit slice, dusty hops, earthy notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent.

Can at home picked up from HOTM I think. AClear golden orange coloured pour with a decnt off white head. Aroma is semi sweet, rustic cereals, tangy apple curd, autumnal notes. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, toasted cereal grains, dried fruit, apple, earthy grains, nutty. Palate is semi sweet, light tang, moderate airy carbonation. ok.

Can, online from Trembling Madness. Pours clear orange amber with a beige head. Malty aroma with a little caramel. Taste: light to moderate sweet & light bitter, biscuit malts, light caramel. Light to medium body with moderate carbonation.

440ml Can from Redland Stores, Bristol. Deep amber in colour, with a frothy, white, head and slight carbonation. Peppery edge, ripe and biscuity malts with some digestive-style sweetness, a touch of jamminess before a lingering bitter anw warming finish. An excellent lager.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours clear copper-gold-orange with a modest, foamy off-white head. Lovely stuff, moderately sweet, pleasant toasted biscuits, nips of caramel and floral hops. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Further toasted malts to finish, caramel, biscuits, soft leafy bitterness. Sound.

On tap at The Made Inn Ashford. Hazy orange brown colour lasting off white head. Malt cereal aroma. Flavour has some good biscuit flavour. a touch flat maybe. Good cereal flavour. light white pepper finish.
