Can, big stable bubbly head, clear quite intense yellow colour, honey, light bread, some fruitiness and a bit of orange in the back, medium strong and empathic shrubby bitterness. Nice and enjoyable.

Can at home, from Thornbridge online, 05/02/23. Almost clear golden blonde with a good sized lasting white head. Nose is bitter orange, pine needle, dank spike, grass, stoned fruit esters, grape must. Taste comprises bitter citric shreds, dank bite, stoned fruit, grapefruit, guava, pine resin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with resinous hop bitterness. Solid flavoursome pale with a good pissy citric edge akin to Nelson.

18th December 2022 Can. Clear gold beer, good white head. Palate is light, smooth and semi dry with decent fine carbonation. Light malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Ekuanot (Equinox HBC366) hope kick off with a crisp but light pine and a crisp bitterness. Modest citrus and just a very light floral peach coming through on the back end. Mild hop spice, mild savoury skunk and a twist of bitter lemongrass before a light semi dry finish. Crisp and clean and drinkable but the least impressive of this very good series for me, just doesn't deliver the core Ekuanot hop character with enough intensity and that's unlike every other one I've tried.

440ml can from Thornbridge Beer Club - Clear golden body, bit of a rocky white top. Nose, as expected, spruce, sweetish malt, bit of citrussy hop. Taste has a sweet key lime pie edge to it, little herby, with a clean finish.

Rocky white head on an unclear golden coloured body. Musty, cat piss & wet cardboard aroma. Medium bodied, soft over the tongue with a clean back. Herbal, grassy, burnt paper, Chinese stir-fry & hopped stone fruit tastes with a peppery finish. Weird but damn fine beer.

Can. Thornbridge subscription box. Clear gold. Decent enough just off white foam. Nose has nicely clean dry biscuity malt. Hop comes across like lime and soft herby flora. Some sweet berry fruit. It’s maybe a little subdued but nevertheless it’s fresh and vibrant. Taste is sweet and malty up front with a fairly crisp fruity and floral bitterness. Clean and easy drinking with fine brisk carbonation. Moderate bitterness to finish.
