500ml bottle purchased as part of a delivery from the brewery and drunk at home. Light to mid-gold and clear with a wisp of white head and a fair bit of lacing. Straw and light suggestion of oranges in the aroma. Bittersweet, astringent taste, grainy, battering hops. Long-ish bitter finish. Light body with medium carbonation. Honestly, it is solid enough if dull.

Cask at GBBF 2015 - London. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. The nose holds pale grain, bread, lemon rind. Light sweet flavour with nips of dough, grain, rind, damp leaves. Light bodied with fine carbonation; OK condition. Grainy bitter finish, somewhat leafy, more pale bread. Basic.

Half pint, cask at Lower Red Lion. Clear warm golden-brown body, filmy layer, dotted spots. Oily hops on the nose. Mid-sweet oily hops and grassy flavours. Smooth ending. Decent. (St Albans 27.09.2018).

Cask at GBBF '18, day 3, 09/08/18. Light golden blonde with a decent off white cap. Nose is grassy, pale malts, hint of melon, breads. Taste comprises straw, light citric peel, toasted grains, grassy, airy malts, crackers. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Passable golde.
