Cask gravity @ GBBF 2015. Pours a slightly hazy dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty woody spicy dark fruit aroma. Fruity malty spicy woody caramel and dark fruit flavor. Has a fruity malty woody spicy caramel and dark fruit finish.

Cask (gravity) @ GBBF 2015, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Santa Fe ECS Highland Heath ].Clear medium orange amber color with a small to average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, berry, tart, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, tart, wine, dark fruit, caramel, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20150811]

Cask at GBBF ’15, day 1, 11/08/15. Rich mahogany brown with a moderate beige covering. Nose is rich fruit, chocolate, biscuit, dates, prunes, plums, brown sugar. Taste comprises toffee fudge, barrel notes, chocolate, noughat, nutty, spice, dark fruit rinds. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a tickle of booze. Solid stuff, excellent for style, good barrel tones.

Cask@GBBF 2015, Olympia, London - amber pour with off-white head. Aroma and taste is sweet malty with some nice berry fruits, cakey, caramel, some subtle bourbon infused wooden notes throughout.

From cask. Pours hazy brown with a small off white head. Aroma is fruity, toasted malty. Smooth fruity, citric and overripe fruity. Smooth and crisp finish. Mellow fruity far finish.

Cask at GBBF, Olympia, London, 2015. Hazy copper coloured pour with a beige head. Light acetic tinge in the nose. Blackberry, plum and bitter fruit aroma. Funky sweet and sour flavours in there, some dark fruit and raisin too. A lot going on in here. Jolly good stuff.

Cask at GBBF 2015. It pour cloudy brown with a tiny beige head. The nose is sweet, oily, earth, smoke, jammy berry, fruit compote, blueberry muffin, fruit cake and spicy whisky. The taste is rich, sweet-sour, earth, smoke, vanilla, blueberry, bramble, light alcohol warmth, tangy dark malt, spice, charred wood and some whisk(e)y. Medium body, fine carbonation and oily mouth-feel. Great depth of flavour. Works very well in my opinion. Tasty.

Cask at GBBF 2015, day 1 - London. Pours clear russet-amber with a tan cream head. Tangy wood and ripe fruits in the aroma, with secondary buttery notes. Light sweet flavor, with notes of butter and cereal, wood, berries. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Oily finish, with further tangy fruits, mellow butter and grainy cereal. Not great.

Cask gravity at GBBF 2015 day 1. Light hazed brown orange coloured pour with a thin head. Aroma is sweet toffee, woody, booze, little musty. Some raspberry on the nose. Flavour is weird, stale malt, mould, musty wood, raspberry. Woody, tart fruits. Palate is medium sweet toffee, moderate carbonation. Not a fan.
