Can split at the Soapy returns tasting, Mother Arch ii, thanks to Dave, 27/04/23. Hazed orange with an off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is tarte citric shreds, funk, on the turn fleshy fruits, grains, herb, barnyard tones. Taste comprises pissy berry fruits, rotting plums, damp wood, hay bale, funk, barnyard twang, vinous. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic rise and puckering climax. Solid stuff. Why do peeps rate this stuff when they know they won't like it ... is there a boiled milk export version for the Swedish market?

Hazy gold amber beer, small cream colour head. Smooth but bone dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Acid fruits that burn the back of my throat. Bone dry finish brings some petrol like flavour. Jesus, why do peeps like this stuff?

Bottle shared the The Kernel. It pours cloudy orangey - blonde with a decent fluffy white head. The aroma is zingy, tangy, musty, orange, tangerine, marmalade, minerality, fizzy, sour candy and some sugar. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, quite acidic, minerality, fizzy, tangfastics, light tannin, punchy, earthy, lemon, like, grapefruit, marmalade, clean malt base and some booze with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Punchy, harsh.
