A truly controversial release, as we now see, because even though it is under MEAD SCIENTIST, it is still braggot (tldr: honey AND malt based) in a heavily hopped form. Hazy, hoppy, juicy, you could say it’s perhaps one of the possible futures of the neipa style! It’s a big favourite for us now, because we can alternate drinking it with the sweet SMOOTH HOPERATOR SUPREME with kveik yeast, which is the other spectrum of the neipa palate.

Mézsör alap, de mintha egy friss neipa lenne a brit kraft sörös színtér zászlóshajójának számító Cloudwaterrel közösen. A ködös, komlós tételek jövője ez lenne? Egyféleképpen derülhet csak ki.

Kicsi, tartós hab, sárgás gyümölcslé szín és állag. Virágos, mézes, gyantás, fenyős illat. Édeskés, mézes, citrushéjas, fenyős íz. Közepesen testes, közepesen szénsavas, közepesen keserű. Mézes IPA.

Gigantikus backlog, még a '23-as Van Moll-ról. Inkább IPAs mint mézes, csak épp ipának meg túl nehéz és édeskés, a komlózással sem sikerült ellensúlyozni ezt.

Keg at Peders bar CPH, Arkane TTO, 19/11/22. Hazed golden yellow with a big old white cap. Nose is melon, floral, soft malts, light honey, straw. Taste comprises grapefruit, melon, light pine, fruit syrup, perfume. Medium plus bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with mellow hop bitterness. Decent ... DIPA like.

On tap. Pours a muddy turbid amber with moderate head. Aromas of melons and honey plus thick toasted malts. Flavors follow same with a good dose of lupulin powder. Odd.
