Keg at Casc bar, Aberdeen. It pours lightly hazy golden - blonde with a small, but sturdy white cap. The aroma is soft, fresh, orangey citrus fruits, floral, orange blossom, white farmhouse loaf, maybe a touch of grass, hay, hop sack and herbal vibes. The taste is fairly crisp, firm dryness, light bitterness, straw, grass, floral accents, twist of orangey citrus, kumquat, waxy peel, peppery spice and a touch of faint grain with a drying finish. Light to medium body and fine carbonation. Rounded, soft, fruity and with some depth.
