Keg at Bishops Arms, Gustav Adolf Malmo, 18/11/22. Murky raspberry red with a crimson cap. Nose is tarte berries, funk, damp straw, acidic nostril tickle, damp wood. Taste comprises red berry skins, spice, damp cloth, herbs, hedgerow, damp oak wash, blackberry yoghurt. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with an acidic rise at the curtain call. Solid.

Tap@Bishops Arms Gustav Adolfs Torg, Malmö, Sweden (18/11/2022) - as Le Mur (2021) very dark red with a thin ringed pinkish white head. Tart with blackberry prominence, berry skin, medium acidity and body, tart berry fruity finish.

750ml bottle I picked up at the brewery, pours a garnet amber, zero head. Stinky nose perfumes out, berries, both ripe and raw, a little goat cheese, heavy vinous/red wine aromas, lemon rind. Flavor has red grapefruit, raw pinot grapes, some funk, lemon rind, a little soured wood, the berries are on the end and they are the ripe kind. Lacks some depth. Tasty, but doesn't hit like a real lambic.
