Bottle split at Amager Brewery, thanks to Papso, RBESG ’15 day 3, 22/08/15. Clear golden with a limited off white cap. Nose is green pepper, straw, spice, light bread, faint citric drizzle. Taste comprises big chilli heat but not off the scale, light herbals, green pepper, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok ... delivers a chilli boost well but not something you’d want too much of !

Sample@Copenhagen Beer Festival 2015, (29/05/2015) - golden pour with no head. Sweet malty aroma and taste with overt chili burn on tasting, some spicy herbs on the palate, the chili is very rough, not enjoyable, maybe novelty factor as a late night drunken drinking game to see peoples faces on trying for the first time!

25 cl stubby (hand) bottle. Label says: "Amager Ølhus Chiliøl" at 5%. Pours a hazy golden with a tiny, rough head. Aroma is all dry and dusty chili. Medium body, lowish carbonation, a note of caramellish palts but otherwise just roaring, burning eavy chili. This will give you severe assburn. As with all these heavy chili beers I can only consider them a gimmick. For drinking pleasure they can only be considered absurd and a bit of a bad joke. Uttely useless. 080715

Cask at KØ15. Fruity aroma. Hazy amber colour. No head. No carbonation at all, not so well-kept. The flavour is fruity. Has a distinct but well-balanced chili burn in the finish.

Draught, KØ15. Pours clear lightish amber with small white head. Clear aroma of malt, with notes of bread and touches of chilli. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with mild notes of chilli and hoppy touches. Very low carbonation. Estery and slightly spicy aftertaste. Drinkable but not impressive.
