Bottle split at the Digital Shadow Tasting, thanks to Fergus, 13/07/22. Very lightly hazed amber with a beige cap that veers edgewards. Nose is orange zest, dark malts, spice, tangy dried fruits, light funk, bourbon nip. Taste comprises red berry skins, damp wood, orange peel, trace of bourbon, herb, light bitter effect. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light acidic kiss. Decent ... pulls off the Old Fashioned rather well.

Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter nice acetic flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Bottle shared in Canary Wharf. Cheers to Fergus. Pours unclear amber with a small, creamy off-white head. Nicely tart, some wood, berries, lemon. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Clean finish. Nice one.

Bottle shared at the sweltering Columbus tasting. 13/07/2022. From CW online. Aroma is semi sweet, fruity cherry, orange rind, zesty, mellow funk, woody barrel, vanilla. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tangy, green apple, tart cherry, bitter orange, brwon sugars, woody tannin, green apple. Palate is super tart, prickly, green apple,. highish carboantion. Abrasive. Quite harsh.

Level 6 tasting. Cheers! Hazy deep amber beer, decent pale tan head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Zesty orange cuts through a little creamy malts. Touch of oaky vanilla. Tart cherry intersects with mild bourbon. Crisp dry finish. Interesting beer, multi faceted and unusual. Best of all, it works.

Bottle shared at July Canada Water tasting. Pours hazy brown with a thin tan head. Aroma is orange, cherry, bourbon barrel, funk, oak. Taste is orange zest, cherry, funk, dry oak. Quite highly carbonated. Nice dry finish.
