A very delicate and crisp character. They call him Mr. Suave but that’s only a facade: sure, he’s a smooth guy but don’t expect a sweetheart as you meet his sour shadowside.

Bottle shared at home, courtesy of Tomi. Pours a hazy pinkish yellow with a quickly dissipating head. Nose is lactic tartness, guava and watermelon. Taste is moderately tart, fruity, showing guava and it feels like there’s something else in there too (watermelon or kiwi), but apparently there isn’t so who knows. Closes with a refreshing, tart and fruity finish, has a light body and average carbo. Not bad, but doesnt stand out in any way either.

Tap at Uyl van Hoogland, Leiden: Opaque yellow pink coloured brew with an medium tart sour taste with hints of guava, mango and pineapple.

Aus der Dose (bbe 31.10.2024) im 2024-04 getrunken. Dieses bernsteinfarbene Ale kommt mit einen schönen Guaven.Fruchtaroma daher. Auch wenn es am Körper etwas schwach wirkt macht es schon Spaß im Glas.

Blik thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een troebel oranje bier zonder schuim. Het heeft een fruitige geur. De smaak is ranja achtig met tonen van guave, waterig en zuur.

Cloudy straw blond colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have some thyme and tropical fruit. Sharp and refreshing.

Draft @ DeRat. Completely opaque pale orange. Slightly sour, dubbelfris, tropical fruits, fairly sweet. Very nice.

Den Haag Grote Markt Zomerbier 2018. Murky, milky orange with white head. Massive guave, mango, pineapple. Moderate sweet and big tart. Medium body and soft carbonation. Lovely stuff. Very good fruit aroma, very juicy and nice level of tart/acidity.
