Can at home picked up from HOTM. First beavertown beer in a while. A translucent golden orange coloured pour with a frothy off white head. Aroma is sharp citrus, lemon rind, wet wipes, alcohol, zesty limes. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, fruit punch , tangy mango five alive, passion fruit, white grape, hints of sabro, Good tropicals, Palate is semi sweet, light tang, frothy highish carbonation. Light candy floss. Good stuff.

Can. A DIPA from the black sheep of craft beer. Any good? Does selling your soul mean you can no longer brew good beer? Does it heck! This is a good dipa. Hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head Palate is smooth and light, mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Light malts, a light and slightly thin creamy sweetness. Mildly crisp pine with a slightly mild but pleasing Sabro pineapple, gets fairly spicy and savoury. Some Citra goodness before a fairly dry and spicy finish. Pretty drinkable.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 31/10/20. Cannot recall the last time I raked a Beavertown bier !!! Hazed orange topped with a decent white crown of bubbles. Nose is orange pith, melon, grass, airy malts, light pineapple. Taste comprises orange zest, ripe melon, light pine tickle, very light soapy edge, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with mellow lightly juiced hop bitterness. Passable DIPA ... drinkable for sure but just a little washed through and stuck in 3rd gear.

Can from Cork & Cask. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of peach and biscuit. Flavour of tangy orange and pine. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. A solid DIPA. Would love to see Beavertown brew a DIPA that comes close to their unbelievable Bone King a few years back, but maybe that’s wishful thinking.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Bottle Apostle, South Hackney. Pours unclear gold with a foamy, white head. Fairly dank, some white pepper, citrusy hops, a little pine. Full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Warming finish, more white pepper, alcohol, pale bread. A little scattered but drinkable.
