Can bought from Sourced Market, St. Pancras Station. Very light gold, slightly hazy. Small uneven film of white head. From the aroma, I'm getting a strong aroma of passionfruit as well as a floral, herbal and slightly grassy note which I'm guessing is the rooibos. There's an initial tartness to the taste which fades, baring the sweet, bready yeast notes. The finish is short, with fresh rooibos in the aftertaste. Medium to heavy carbonation. This is an impressive little saison.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at the Bermondsey taproom. Pours clear yellow-gold with a fading, foamy white head. Pretty clean overall, lightly sweet, with minimal yeast expression, touches of passion fruit, light lemony tang, some wheat flakes, rooibus accents. Light bodied with active carbonation. Clean finish, some lemon rind, subtle citric acidity. Fun one. Very drinkable.

Keg at #Arch, Enid Street, 14/02/20. Lightly hazed golden blonde with a decent white covering. Nose is herbal, toasted grains, straw, Rooibos tea, lemon rind, floral tones. Taste comprises grass, citric tinged straw, light white peppery spice, Rooibos tones, juicy passionfruit, light yeast esters, lemon drizzle. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough saison ... I don’t usually rate Rooibos in beer to much but here it is nicely tempered with the passionfruit.

Keg at the brewery taproom bermondsey. A light hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a a fine white head. Aroma is pithy passion fruit, tangy citrus juice, smoked grapefruit. Palate is semi sweet, tangy, pithy, moderate carbonation, pithy finish. Flavour is composed of lovely vibrant fruit character, passion fruit grapefruit bitter lemon. Not much saison yeast character. Good stuff.
