Cask at Craft 100. It pours very pale gold with a small white head. The nose is soft, juicy, grainy, fresh, floral and some cereal. The taste is crisp, bitter, minerals, straw, grass, marmalade and a touch of citrus rind with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Smooth, crisp and easy-going. Not bad.
