Can split at L6, thanks to the Boyo Danny, 23/05/19. Reddish black with a decent beetroot looky cap. Nose is chocolate, spice, charr, big earthy notes, dark malt. Taste comprises bitter sweet elements, spice, beetroot tang, cocoa, dark fruits, earthy. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Passable stuff .... couldn't drink much of this and doesn't really pull together that well.

Can shared in London - cheers to Danny! Pours reddish brown with a small, light pink foam head. Pretty odd stuff, tangy and oily, with background cocoa. Medium bodied, oily, with light carbonation. Oily finish with tangy berries, vague dark malts. A poorly executed novelty beer, this is.

Level 6 bottleshare. Thanks to Dan for the can. Pours a reddish dark brown beer, small pinky tan head. Light palate, fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Tangy malts, strong ripe cherry, some pleasing jam but a tangy bitterness overwhelms it. Trace of cherry bakewell. A bit tangy and bitter.
