Can at home in London - picked up at Peveril Stores and Bakery in Castleton. Pours lightly hazy orange-gold with a foamy, pure white head. The aroma has nicely rounded citrus fruits, some rindy lemon, grapefruit, a bit of dry pale malts, hay. Light to medium sweet flavour with grainy pale malts, pithy grapefruit, tangerine, pine needles. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Pretty well balanced on the finish, with more dry pale bread, mellow pale grains, restrained piney bitterness, hay, rindy lemon, grapefruit, orange. Overall, this is a pretty solid IPA.

Cask (gravity) @ Nottingham Robin Hood Beer Festival (2014), Nottingham Castle, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EL. [ As Fell Tinderbox IPA ].Clear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, open and frothy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, cookie - earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, hoppy bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141009]

Cask at North Bar, Leeds. Pours clear pale gold with a thin white head. Aromas of lemon and pine. Taste is pine, light bitter. Bitter finish.

Bottle from Grassington Wine Company, Grassington. Cloudy amber with a thin head. It’s a very hoppy IPA with a noticeable strength but a very palatable texture.

Cask (Pleased To Meet You, Newcastle) - Amber in colour. Syrup, peach and pine in the aroma. Hoppy and sweet taste with sultanas, peach and apricot detected. Not bad.

Cask, gravity at Derby, Roundhouse, NWAF, Saturday 22nd February 2014 Pours light amber with white filmy edge. Wonderfully hoppy with dry finish. Clacky, fruity and marvellously bitter beer I like it, good choice dad! A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8
