Cask at Pigs Ear 2018, day one, 04/12/18. Black pour with a decent tan cap. Nose is coffee grinds, spice, charr, mellow roast, toffee. Taste comprises mellow roast, ashen notes, charr, toffee, cocoa sprinkle, coffee bean. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Not bad.

Cask gravity at the pigs ear beer festival 2018. A clear nut brown coloured pour with a a lasting loose tan head. Aroma is nice nutty hazelnut, woody coffee, some Ash,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, woody roast, ashy coffee, camp fire. Nutty malts. Palate is medium full bodied, oily, modetate carbonation. Light pepper in the finish.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Light haze on this amber - brown beer, small bubbly pale tan. Light dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Good condition. Bitterish coffee. Little fruity coffee. Finishes with some pronounced spicy bitterness. Lively.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2018 - London. Day 1. Pours deep brown wit a frothy off-white head. Strong bitter ashy character, tobacco, earth, harsh roast. Light bodied with fine carbonation, decent condition. Aggressively bitter finish, more ash, baking cocoa. So so.
