Aroma: Table cracker, grass, freshly picked figs
Flavour: Crusty, fresh baked bread, light coconut, Sencha tea
Additional Notes: Fat, robust and silky. This spelt heavy Table Bier is steeped in foraged fig leaves, using traditional natural tea process and leaf ferment. Soft waves of coconut, chlorophyll, and fresh Mission Fig pair well with a meal or as a notable Wedge.

Gold with a slight haze. Very thin head. Has a bit of an ashtray nose - that's a phenol that shouldn't be there. Light body, bit of tartness and some less offensive phenols on the palate.

On tap at 33 Acres, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals very gently present earthy figs upfront, with subdued saison yeast. Flavour reveals a very nice saison yeast character upfront, with doughy notes and a touch of earthiness. Rustic, doughy and floral, with a nice vibrancy to it. Very good.
