Pale blond colour, hazy, large head. Nice aroma, spices and bugs. It has a good body, it's highly carbonated, prickly, with mild acidity, light funk, zest, fruity esters. Excellent.

750 on the Alouette campground shared with wife and Alex on my campsite enjoying the time after the rain and a very nice Rib Eye. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: lemony and brett with some fruity notes. Taste: along the same lines with guava and some passion fruit notes. Overall: very nice.

Bit of a gusher upon opening. Hazy and pale, with a medium head. Both the passionfruit and guava come through on the aroma, along with some estery yeast. On the palate, everything is sharper, brighter. Lots of tartness, lots of both fruits, and clean pale malt backbone. The esters have dropped off on the palate, but I'm okay with that, as it takes on a very refreshing, vibrant fruit character.

750mL bottled pours a cloudy golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma is loaded with wild yeast, backed by passionfruit and guava. Flavour is very fresh and tropical, with moderate passionfruit and guava, followed by mixed wild yeast, and light-to-moderate tartness. Nice wild yeast character and addition of fruits. Very good.

750 ml bottle. Pours a milky yellow with little head, but on opening half the beer was lost in a gusher. Brewers should know better. Deducting points... Aromas of muddled tropical fruit, earthy yeast, and charred wheaty malts. Flavors of passionfruit, pithy citrus, gooseberries and wheaty malts. Tasty, but losing half the bottle makes this quite expensive.
