Pours hazy orange gold with a small head. It has a tart, fruity, wild yeast aroma. Pineapple and berries. The flavor is tart with wild yeast funk and a blend of fruits, tropical and stone fruits. A little salt. Not noticing the basil, olive oil, and garlic. I’m with the other reviewers who found this to be a tasty fruited sour but didn’t pick up the more oddball ingredients listed.

Can. Skeleton on label, terrifying ingredient list…perfect for October. Off amber colour in a pinkish way. The aroma has a lot of berries, mixed berries. On the palate, i was expecting a cacaphony but it’s more like a singular “Huh?” There’s raspberry for sure, but all the other things blend into a singular note that is perfectly reasonable but lacks flex. Like it was all added in tiny quantities and washed over with berries. Good beer but i almost wanted a functional cacaphony.

1 pint can. Pours a brownish copper color with moderate head. Aromas of vinous oak, dark fruit, and sharp wheaty malts. Flavors follow same with additional tart green berries

Can. Pours hazy gold with an off-white head. Tart fruit, funk, herbs, touch of salt, not picking up the tomatoes - maybe that's a good thing?!! Definitely interesting.

16 oz. can, pours a cloudy dark amber red with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of fruit puree, maybe some olive oil, but I can't really detect all these ridiculous adjuncts. Flavour mostly just tastes like a berry puree sour, with maybe a touch of earthiness. I don't get garlic, basil, tomatoes, etc. Odd but it's quite pleasant as a fruited sour.

Can - given the laundry list of weird adjuncts, I was super skeptical of this - that it is a JP beer is the only reason I bought it - think of it like a fruited gose; it’s the closest analogue I can think of - tart, oaky, and mildly savory up front - none of the other savory ingredients are really noticeable aside from a basil way in the back - increases tartness and string raspberry on the tail end - lingering oak and light funk - it’s decent and refreshing, but surprisingly subtle for something with so much damn stuff in it.
