750 ml bottle. Pours amber with moderate head. Aromas of earthy Belgian yeast, pithy citrus, stoned fruit, and soft toasted malts. Flavors follow same with additional Brett, tart grape skins and melons. Nice.

Pale and hazy. Medium head. Lots of brett on the nose, with bright stone fruit. Dry, with a decent body. Big bretty notes, oak, light wheaty and pale malts. Digging the big stone fruit hop on this one.

Tasting at Salesforce
Hazy to cloudy blond colour. Nice aroma, fruity, moderately funky. Dry and sour, not weak; it has very good bugs, a bit appley, it's fruity, the dry hopping for sure left a trace here.
Excellent, aggressive.

750ml (thx, for getting it on such short notice) @ Sales Force. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: nice and fruity funk with barrel notes. Taste: very bold and highly carbonated, lots of fruity hops coming from the dry-hopping with some bitterness, lots of bugs, moderately acidic. Overall: very interesting, but it's a bit too acidic (definitely a sour saison) for me.

Poured from 750mL bottle (bottled 02/08/2022). Slightly hazy gold with small white head. Mild brett and lacto, saison yeast, funk, touch of spice, quite nice.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has lots of nice bugs, rustic saison yeast, and some funk. Flavour is moderately tart, with citrus, wild yeast, rustic saison yeast, and light lacto. Somewhat spicy, with nice depth. Nothing all that special, but it's well-made.

Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Soured orange with a light herbal notes. Soured orange peel with some candied orange.
