Dark red colour with some ruby highlights. The head is deep red-pink, fizzy, not lasting long with nothing left but the brew. Black raspberry aromas that give out cherry notes. even tobacco found in Cabernet Sauvignon, a touch of sourness. The sour action really comes out in the taste with the berry flavours. It lingers nicely. Another good sour and fruity beer from this brewery.

Dark purple. Just a thin head. Light berry aroma. Some jamminess up front. There's a sort of vinergary character, so it's quite tart, and the berry only partially deals with that.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a deep dark mahogany / dark purple with a small pink head. Aroma brings out lots of pithy tart berries, with some wild yeast, and wine barrels. Flavour is tart and fruits, with lots of sour red berries and some vinegar. This one is not really bit the mark but it's not bad.
