Bottle, 75cl. It pours a clear golden body and a white finger thick head. Bread, pale malts and a faint roasted malts touch. Some grass and a hay touch. It’s medium to full bodied with a nice carbonation level, semi dry. Bready pale malts, grass, hay and some paper in the flavor. A roasted hint too. Medium length finish. Not foul this one, but sure boring. 160102

Pours clear deep golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel and floral. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long caramel and nutty finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

750 ml bottle. Clear, golden body with a small and fast disappearing white head. Aroma is fruity with mild malt and really not much more. Flavor is mild malt, general fruitiness and slightly bitter. Medium body and a bit harsh in aftertaste. Drinkable but very plain.

75 cl bottle. Clear dark yellow smooth white head flowery and citrussy and fresh fruity aroma. Slightly herbal but very good for a herbal aroma. Solid may Base. Flavor is flowery slightly honey sweet. Herbal or woody bitterness. Mild. Ends herbal bitter. Did they put syrup in this perhaps?

[ As Skovlyst Jubilæums Bryg ].Clear medium orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt - caramel, light to moderate hoppy, grass, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, fruity - fruity yeast. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, fruity, yeasty, grassy hops, hop bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottled@fonefan. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, sweet malts and some toffee. Flavour is fruity, floral, nectary, some mild earthy notes as well as mild toffee. Kind of APA meeting a Saison. Yet a positive surprise from the brewery.
