10 oz draft in a stemless wine glass at the Green Cheek Beer Company, in Costa Mesa, California. The pour is a haze orange with a 1/4 inch foamy white head. The aroma is citric sour funk with some pineapple sweetness. The taste is a nice clean tart orange citrus sour with grain and floral, along with a touch more of the funk yeast sour to the back. The palate is medium bodied, with active natural carbonation and a clean citric tart finish. Solid, quite tasty.

On tap at Green Cheek, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is buggy and complex, with lots of rustic saison yeast, lots of bugs and oak. Flavour is buggy and complex, with a great wild yeast profile, oak, and rustic notes. Fairly dry and really complex. Lovely.
