From tap at Oersoep Craft Beer Festival 2018. Fruity aroma with citrus, lots of rhubarb, some funk, and grass. Flavour is sour with a little bitterness and a big tartness. Body is medium. Good stuff, the rhubarb works so well in this Saison.

33cl bottle from hopt.it. Pours orange gold, with fine white foam. Aroma is fruity, rhubarb, honey, white pulp fruits. Body is average, nicely carbonated. Taste Is very interesting, sweetish from rhubarb, and delicately sour. Final is average.

Bottle. Unclear golden body under a white head. Aroma has some kind of general fruitiness and some mild acidity, almost a bit like apple cider. Taste is light pale malt, quite much acidity and some undefined fruit. The acidity becomes almost bitter in the aftertaste. Medium body. It’s OK, but I prefer the regular 225.

KØLF 120620. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is farmhouse, rhubarb. Flavor is dry, farmhouse, rhubarb, yeast, brett, sourness, hay, funk. Nice beer.

Bottled, thanks anstei! Hazy pale orange, small head. Tart, funky nose with rhubarb and hay. Tart with medium body and crisp, well rounded mouthfeel. Elegant and complex. Above all, really tasty!

On tap at The Alehouse - Palmhof, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals restrained rhubarb and a nice rustic saison yeast character underneath. Flavour is more prominent on the rhubarb, with actually a ton of it, followed by subdued rustic saison yeast. Really mice use of rhubarb. Good stuff.
