Bottled. Copper colour with a big off-white head. Aroma is juniper, some rosehip, mild berries as well as some herbs and grass to it. Flavour is quite similar. Not that much malts not hops to be found in the aroma or flavour.

Shared 500 ml bottle. Clear reddish colour, off-white head. Aroma of rowanberries, rosehips, wormwood and other herbs and berries. Fairly nice flavour, with the same elements, but the wormwood that should yield bitterness (no hops here) is fairly subdued.

Bottle. A lightly hazy amber colored beer with a small, beige head leaving curtains. The aroma is rather herbal, with bready, caramel malts and a touch of roasted pork meat. It’s medium bodied, rather dry and with a nice carbonation. Caramel malts, harsh and astringent herbal bitterness, herbal, flowery notes and some grass in the flavor. Lasting weird bitter finish with a vague anise touch. Points to Thisted for trying, and there’s something good going on as well, but it’s not a very successful try. Especially the bitterness is too extreme 161008

Bottle @ LIBF’16. Shared with the RB Belgian team.
